The evaluation of the project has been carried out through the monitoring and evaluation of all activities and phases, as well as through external evaluators who have evaluated the quality of the project. When a phase of the project ends, we use indicators that allow us to evaluate the phase as a whole.

During the planning phase we established a TOTAL QUALITY SYSTEM through which we implemented the PRINCE2 METHOD and generated evaluation mechanisms.

Through this method, an Evaluation/Optimization/Profitability (EO) process was carried out during all stages and phases based on:

*EO1. EVALUATION PLANNING through the creation of the EVALUATION AND QUALITY PLAN in the planning phase and the implementation of the Total Quality System and the PRINCE2 Method from the preparation phase.

*EO2. INFORMATION COLLECTION of all evaluation mechanisms at the end of each stage, phase and main activity. The data collection methods were not limited to satisfaction surveys, but we undertook a process based on 4 ways:

– Internal evaluations of results by the entities’ experts

– External evaluations by internationally renowned experts

– Pilot tests, using the results with the beneficiaries themselves.

– Collection of statistical data

*EO3. ANALYSIS OF THE INFORMATION obtained through the analysis of indicators, survey results, external evaluations and pilot tests through the software GRAPHPAD PRISM 8 SOFTWARE (GRAPHPAD SOFTWARE, USA) with which we carried out a statistical study.

*EO4. OPTIMIZATION and ensure economic and social profitability through the creation of results that have managed to generate a significant impact.

We have carried out 33 pilot tests that have allowed us to evaluate the main results. More than 120 secondary school teachers and 50 students have participated in these pilot tests.

These pilot tests have been carried out in entities that are experts in low vision and in numerous educational centres.
